Appproximately 95 % completion on this first project with Anupam. Given this is our first transaction, we had our own reservation about their firm’s capability and deliverable. Of course, we feel incline not to give top rating since there’s always room for improvement. There were some hiccups & situational delay (extended holiday in their area).
